I explored the mind mapping tool offered on the website called "bubbl.us". I found it very interesting and easy to use. This mind mapping software is very simple, and it took me all of five minutes to figure out! I can see myself using this to make class posters to hang on the wall and showcase processes of various things. This would also be a very helpful addition to a presentation or lecture. I never made a mind map before today, and now I wonder how I got away without its awesome goodness!
I found the flow chart to be much less interesting than the mind map. However, it still proved to be useful and fun. I'm sure I will be able to make great use of this in my future as a high school English teacher. There are plenty of reasons to bust out some flowchart crazyness, and I plan on taking advantage of every single one of them!
